The prices are per room per day for 2 persons.

The basis of the contract are exclusively the information, description and the conditions in our price list, which is valid on the day of booking. With your telephone or written (fax / e-mail) booking you offer us the possibility of a binding contract. For us, the contract is then fixed when we confirm the booking in written form and you in turn confirm it in written form within 7 days.
Arrival and departure
Your booked hotel room is available on the day of arrival at the latest from 14.00 clock. You are welcome to enjoy the hotel facilities before you move into the room if you come earlier.
The check-out does not mean the end of your holiday in our house. Of course, you can also enjoy the hotel facilities on the day of departure. The room must be vacated by 10:00 so that the next guests can move into their room on time. Late check-out is possible for a fee.
Since Dec. 6, 2011, according to the Italian Legislative Decree no. 201/2011, it is no longer allowed to pay amounts of more than EUR 999.99 in cash in Italy. The following methods of payment are permitted: ATM card, credit card, non-transferable check or bank transfer.
Pets are allowed, no extra charge requested!
Please also note that pets are not allowed in the dining rooms.
We are happy to bring a blanket or basket for the room.
Something can happen before you travel, with our cancellation insurance you are financially secured. If you have to cancel a booked hotel stay because you arrive late or not at all or have to break it off early, cancellation charges can be charged - according to EU standards. In order to keep you free from any charges in such cases, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance so that they are taken over by the European Travel Insurance for you.
No later than 30 days before the agreed date of arrival of the guest (s), the accommodation contract can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee by the guest / customer or also by the accommodation company by a unilateral written declaration.
In the event of cancellation by the guest or the accommodation establishment in the period between the 30th day before the agreed arrival date and the day of arrival itself, the latter is required to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation no later than 30 days before the arrival date is free of charge.
Later cancellations, changes or not arrival, no-show will be charged with the total amount of the booking.
Important: 20 days before arrival a reservation is made on the total booking amount. This is not a payment.
